Joe Lehman, Probate Specialist
Joe Lehman has been active in the real estate industry since 1983. He specialized in residential sales from 1992 to 2003 and during that time closed over 1,000 home sales. For the next 14 years he was a sales trainer and coach for residential sales agents. Joe returned to Montgomery, AL, in 2017 and was again licensed as a real estate salesperson in October, 2017. In addition to residential sales he has experience in developing, brokering and leasing offices, office condominiums, apartments, warehouses, and strip shopping centers. He also has extensive experience as a real estate instructor, sales trainer and coach. Among many honers he is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
Over his career Joe has earned the following profession designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Commercial-Investment Member (CCIM), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Graduate, REALTORS Institute (GRI).
Joe is married to Teresa Lehman and has five daughters and six grandchildren. The Lehman’s are members of Frazer United Methodist Church.
